Through adapted exercises, it focuses on muscular strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Sessions include warm-ups, resistance and balance exercises, gentle relaxation activities, and stretching. The main objective is to improve quality of life, prevent injuries, and foster socialization.
