Padel

On-court sessions focused on the technical and tactical learning of padel. Participants will practice basic shots (drive, backhand, volley, wall exit, and lob), movements, real game situations, and doubles strategies.

Includes progressive exercises, small-sided games, and short matches to integrate technique in a fun context.

  • Master the main technical fundamentals of padel.
  • Improve coordination, lateral mobility, and in-game decision-making.
  • Develop communication and collaboration in doubles.
  • Promote general physical fitness through varied and dynamic exercises.
