Pilates (Functional Pilates)

Pilates-based exercises, performed both standing and on the mat, focusing on the lumbar-abdominal region, spinal alignment, and breath control. The class also incorporates muscular conditioning, emphasizing postural and functional aspects inherent to Pilates and functional training, utilizing postural dynamics to strengthen the body.
