Physical Conditioning

An activity designed to promote the physical, mental, and social well-being of older adults. Through adapted exercises, it focuses on muscular strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Sessions include warm-ups, resistance and balance exercises, gentle relaxation activities, and stretching. The main objective is to improve quality of life, prevent injuries, and foster socialization.

 

Main Objectives

  • To strengthen supporting musculature (core, hips, back) and reinforce daily functional balance, alongside cardiovascular improvement.
