Starting in March, we will offer two new Physical Conditioning groups, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 AM to 10 AM at Sala Canigó (c. Dos de Maig, 31), with Dolors as the activity instructor.
These two new groups will be focused on offering a more intense activity, designed for users who request more strength-focused exercises, bodyweight exercises on the floor, or incorporating aerobic elements, thus providing different options within the morning activities.
If you are interested in registering or making a group change, please let us know before next Monday, February 23rd.
