Mini volleyball is an introductory sports activity that brings children closer to volleyball through play and experimentation. Sessions are adapted to the developmental stage of Year 3 primary school students, prioritizing coordination, ball handling, and active participation.
Learning is approached through motor games, cooperative challenges, and small-sided game situations that allow for the progressive acquisition of basic volleyball skills. The play-based component is the central axis of all sessions, fostering motivation, confidence, and teamwork.
