Handball

Handball is a very dynamic sport, featuring fast transitions and constant interaction. At the school level, it is practiced on smaller courts with adapted balls and simplified rules to ensure fun, safety, and progressive learning.

It is an ideal sport for developing hand-eye coordination, movement speed, body control, and decision-making under pressure. Furthermore, it enhances cooperation, support among teammates, and effort management.
