From the Municipal Office of Sport for Everyone (OMET), we are once again organizing the Sports Technician Initiation Course (CIATE) during the Easter holiday period.

The CIATE is a program of the Catalan Sports Council that is implemented in Sant Cugat through OMET and is aimed at all individuals over 16 years of age who wish to enter the field of sports education.

On this occasion, the Play and Sport in School Age training module will be conducted, consisting of 45 hours of theoretical and practical classes. The course will take place on March 28, 30, and 31, and April 1 and 2 at Pins del Vallès school.

Requirements to participate in the course:

• Minimum age: 16 years old by the first day of the course (if under 18, authorization from the legal guardian must be attached).
• Photo of both sides of the ID card, mandatory to attach at the time of registration.
• Accredit possession of compulsory secondary education.
• Present a federative card or medical certificate of aptitude for sports practice, it does not need to be official.
• Complete the online registration form accompanied by the required documentation.

Registrations will be open until Friday, March 20, or until the 25 available spots are filled.
