From the Municipal Office of Sport for Everyone (OMET), we are once again organizing the Sports Technician Introductory Course (CIATE) during the summer holiday period.

The CIATE is a program of the Catalan Sports Council, implemented in Sant Cugat through OMET, and is aimed at all individuals over 16 years of age who wish to enter the field of sports education.

On this occasion, the training blocks for Management of Small Sports Entities and First Aid will be conducted, consisting of 50 hours of theoretical and practical classes. The course will be offered on two different dates: from July 6 to 11 and from July 13 to 18, at PAV2 of the ZEM Rambla del Celler.

Requirements to participate in the course:

• Minimum age: 16 years old at the start of the first day of the course (if under 18, a legal guardian’s authorization must be attached).
• Photo of both sides of the DNI, mandatory to attach at the time of registration
• Accredit possession of compulsory secondary education
• Present a federation card or medical certificate of fitness for sports practice, it does not need to be official
• Complete the online registration form accompanied by the required documentation

Registrations will be open until Friday, June 26, or until the 20 available spots per shift are filled.
