{"id":17515,"date":"2026-03-02T10:18:33","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T10:18:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/omet.santcugat.cat\/sin-categorizar\/el-8met-y-m8u\/"},"modified":"2026-03-02T10:18:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T10:18:33","slug":"el-8met-y-m8u","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/omet.santcugat.cat\/es\/actividades-puntuales\/el-8met-y-m8u\/","title":{"rendered":"El 8MET y M8U"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con motivo del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, la OMET organiza <strong>El 8MET y M8U<\/strong>, una jornada deportiva que quiere promover la actividad f\u00edsica femenina y reivindicar el entrenamiento de fuerza como un espacio propio.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada tendr\u00e1 lugar el <strong>8 de marzo de 2026<\/strong>, de <strong>9:30 a 11:15 h<\/strong>, en la <strong>escuela Joan Maragall<\/strong>, y se dirige a <strong>mujeres a partir de 16 a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Se realizar\u00e1n <strong>2 sesiones de Crosstraining<\/strong> dinamizadas por una entrenadora y competidora de la disciplina.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9:30 a 10:15 h<\/li>\n<li>10:30 a 11:15 h<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cada participante podr\u00e1 inscribirse en una de las dos sesiones. El aforo es limitado.
