Participants develop rhythm, coordination, body awareness, and expression through dance, with choreographies adapted to the age and level of the participants. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Objectives<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop coordination, balance, and a sense of rhythm.<\/li>\n<li>Foster body expression and creativity through dance.<\/li>\n<li>Stimulate postural awareness and the ability to move with safety and fluidity.<\/li>\n<li>Generate self-esteem and confidence in movement, as well as work on decision-making (how to move, how often to repeat a sequence, improvisation).<\/li>\n<li>Encourage group work, synchronization, and cooperation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Methodology<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rhythmic games:<\/strong> sessions begin with games that help perceive rhythm (clapping hands, following music, imitating movements).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Simple choreographic sequences:<\/strong> basic choreographies are created, increasing in complexity throughout the course, designed for their age and motor skills.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Free expression and improvisation:<\/strong> moments when participants can create their own movements, experiment with their bodies, and express emotions through dance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Small group work:<\/strong> allows practicing choreographies as a team, synchronizing movements, and cooperating for presentations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exhibitions:<\/strong> throughout the course, small demonstrations or exhibitions can be held for other classmates or families, fostering a sense of community and motivation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reflection and feedback:<\/strong> at the end of each session or choreographic period, students can be asked what they liked most or found most difficult, and instructors can explain how to improve movements or expression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243;
